Session fees cover tutor time, printed materials, and follow-up notes. We quote in GBP. Payment is informational at enquiry stage — we send an invoice after confirming your date.

Estimate factors
Online versus in-person: Online sessions match in-person rates. In-person learners receive printed packs included; online learners receive PDF equivalents.
Block booking: Book the terminology intensive and a risk walkthrough within 30 days and receive £20 off the combined total.
Corporate groups: Teams of five or more requesting a private terminology intensive receive a quote based on customised module selection — typically £75–£85 per person depending on materials.
Deposits: Sessions confirmed more than 14 days ahead require a 25% deposit to hold the date. Deposits apply toward the final invoice. See our refund policy for cancellation terms.
What prices do not include
We do not charge for wallet setup assistance beyond what fits inside a booked session. We do not sell subscriptions, software licences, or access passes. Optional audio recordings of glossary clinics are included at no extra cost when all participants consent.
