Solana Terminology Intensive | Glow Matrix Core Sessions

A structured half-day workshop covering core Solana trading vocabulary — order routing, pool mechanics, fees, and position labels — with live annotation of DEX screens.

Who this session is for

This is our flagship offering for adults who have opened a Solana wallet and attempted swaps but feel lost when reading quotes, route previews, or community shorthand. You do not need prior derivatives experience; you should be comfortable navigating a browser wallet.

What we cover

The intensive moves through four modules across the morning:

Module 1 — Settlement and fees. We define lamports, priority fees, and confirmation levels, then trace a sample swap from quote to on-chain receipt so you see where numbers can diverge.

Module 2 — Liquidity and pools. Constant-product pools, concentrated liquidity ranges, and the vocabulary of depth charts. We use Raydium and Orca examples with test transactions on devnet where appropriate.

Module 3 — Routing and slippage. How aggregators compare paths, what "price impact" means versus "slippage tolerance," and why the final output can differ from the initial estimate.

Module 4 — Position language. Long, short, collateral, health factor, and liquidation — explained with diagrams rather than memorisation drills.

What is not included

We do not execute live mainnet trades on your behalf, recommend specific tokens, or provide personalised investment advice. The session is educational: you leave with vocabulary and risk frameworks, not trade signals.

Preparation

Bring a laptop with a Solana-compatible wallet installed. We send a pre-session checklist covering devnet faucet steps and which browser extensions to disable to avoid conflicting pop-ups during screen sharing.

After the session

Within 48 hours you receive a PDF of terms covered, links to official Solana documentation we referenced, and an invitation to book a shorter follow-up clinic if specific terms still feel unclear.
